We held the ever-popular Block Kids Lego building program on Saturday, October 3, run by the O'Hare chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction. Our three winners constructed some pretty amazing projects! First-place winner Amanda created a fountain, while runner-up Peter built a crane (complete with moving parts!), and third-place Cole constructed a house front. Congratulations to all our winners! - Youth Services serves all children ages birth through eighth grade, their families, and others who serve children or appreciate children's literature. We provide reference services, storytimes, and in-house programs as well as school visits and collaborative programs throughout the community.
