Our Fortunate Readers program (formerly the Reading Patch Club) offers children an opportunity to earn embroidered patches and paperback books as they meet reading goals for their age and grade level. You can read at home, at school, or anywhere you'd like as you complete your reading log! Fortunate Readers will run through the school year, ending May 23, 2009. Children of all ages from birth through 8th grade are encouraged to participate!

- Youth Services serves all children ages birth through eighth grade, their families, and others who serve children or appreciate children's literature. We provide reference services, storytimes, and in-house programs as well as school visits and collaborative programs throughout the community.
